Marlon's Craniosynostosis Story

Marlon was born with a genetic disorder that prematurely fused the bones in his skull, which prevented it from growing normally. His mother was told when he was 2 days old that he would require surgery. The surgery went well but at eight months he was required to undergo additional surgery that would correct the craniosynostosis problem. He has had an number of additional surgeries over the years. Today he is a bright, fascinating child who enjoys soccer and many other activities.
